Alison: When I started in the vitamin industry I learned how little I knew about the vitamins I currently take and what options are out there to maintain my own health. This site is brought to you to help keep you in-the-know about research on vitamins from general to specific health conditions. Feel free to post messages with your questions and concerns about dietary supplements.

Carly: I am new to the vitamin industry, but I have been taking vitamin for years and the older I get the more I realize how important supplements are to my health. I hope to share my findings with you as we both become more educated on the world of vitamins and their specific health benefits.

Katherine: It wasn’t until I entered the vitamin world that I realized how essential they are to our every day lives. In the time since I began a vitamin regimen I already have more energy and feel all around better. I enjoy the benefits of certain vitamins like healthy skin, nails, hair and eyes. Learning more about what vitamins do what and how to use them correctly has been interesting and I look forward to sharing my findings with all of you!
